We use that information solely to deal with your enquiries and, where necessary, obtain clarification and/or further details on feedback, comments, fault notifications and other material that you have previously provided.

The only mandatory information that we require is your name, e-mail address and your enquiry / comment.

Other details such as postal address and phone numbers are optional.

Some of our feedback pages allow you to enter an 'Screen Name' (e.g. A nickname or 'handle') as well as, or instead of, your real name.
If your comment is intended for publication on our site (and we decide to publish it), we will identify you by your online name if you provide one.
We will not identify you by your real name, unless we have your permission to do so.

Other personal and financial data

We never ask for credit/debit card details, bank account details or any other financial information via our website.

We never ask for personal details such as date of birth, National Insurance numbers, and other similar items of information.

Third Parties

We will never pass on any information about you to a third party (with the exception of where we are required to do so in order to comply with legal requirements and/or requests from Government or other regulatory bodies) without your explicit consent.

Accuracy

The information that we hold will be accurate and up to date, based upon the most recent information you have given us. We will provide you with details of all information that we have about you on receipt of an e-mail or letter from you. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Cookies

We do not use 'cookies' on our site. There are currently no plans to introduce any functionality that will require use of cookies.
